    Is the grand supreme Kai assigned to only universe 7?

    Dai kaiohshin is most likely only assigned to universe 7, though I'm not 100% sure. Are there other grand supreme Kai's? Or is he the only grand supreme Kai? I assume that it's just like the regular Kai's and supreme Kai's.

    Why Did Frieza Fight Super Saiyan Goku Honourably?

    Given that at the beginning of their fight, Frieza tries to blow up Namek to weasel his way out of a direct fight (assumedly because he knows he is outmatched, but wants to remain "the strongest being in the universe" as a mental comfort). But then after the dragonballs disappear, he fights Goku straight up, even going as far as to induldge him by taking the fight to the ground.

    He should still know he is outmatched, but that he has the advantage of surviving in space where a Saiyan can't. Wouldn't there now be no reason to keep Namek in tact any longer, or not to try some other way to avoid a direct fight with Goku? (especially to keep his title as a facade or public front with the technicality that he was never defeated)

    Is there an in-story reason why Frieza suddenly changes his approach before and after the draginballs disappear? (I know the real reason is a cool climactic fight to cap off the Namek saga and all the story threads leading up to it)

    Toei Movie Remasters vs Original Releases

    So I'm just now hearing about that time Toei remastered the original set of Movies pre-BoG. I wanna ask how it stands up comparing to the original releases of these movies and if it's worth looking into instead of said original releases.

    I'm especially curious about 16:9 since I'm concerned it may have OG Season Set level cropping

    Piccolo could have carried universe 7 in the universe 6 arc

    If it weren't for whoever for at toei that really hates piccolo, let's be real if weren't for the poison, piccolo could have decked frost, and return also easily ended magetta with the same weakness, and base cabba, super saiyan might pose a more problem for piccolo but he is also smart enough for him to not let him achieve that, meanwhile hit yeah that's where he understanbly would be elimated.

    But instead from this point onward dragon ball becomes the goku and vegeta show.

    Goku is neither a bad father nor dumb

    Yes, unpopular opinion, but bear with me:

    Bad father - no, he's not. He does love Gohan and Goten, in his own way. As a pure blooded sayian, Goku doesn't have the emotional connections humans seem to express. He probably has a difficult time connecting with Gohan due to the latter being a scholar and quite academic, something Goku is defined not. He's passion is fighting. So when you look back at the hyperbolic time chamber period, Goku was actually really loving and adored his son.

    Being dumb - again, no. Goku grew up in the woods by himself until Bulma met him. He then focused his entire life on fighting and becoming a stronger warrior. He's actually quite adept at combat tactics and strategies. His intelligence lies in a completely different set of skills than what other characters seem to focus on.

    To further my point, look at Vegeta. Another pure blooded sayian who even admits he hasn't held Trunks since the day he was born before knocking him out and attempting to kill Majin Buu. Goku hasn't spent much time with his family, having spent 7 years in the other world with King Kai.

    Vegeta evolved during Super. Goku lags behind because he wants to become stronger than everyone else.

    Selfish, yes. Bad father or dumb? No.

    Is there any significance to the shapes on each of the 12 Angels' clothes?

    I thought maybe the symbols translated to something, like the numbers 1 - 12, but I see that the Universe 4 and 12 Angels both have the same symbols.. Has anyone put any thought into this or considered the symbols possibly being intentional?
