Krillin growing out his hair was symbolic for losing his virginity.

    Posted: 24 Dec 2021 10:02 PM PST

Krillin appears in the Buu saga with a full head of hair, revealing that he was only ever bald because he kept his head shaved.

Shaolin monks practice celibacy (act of purposefully abstaining from sex and marriage). Hair is seen as something we maintain in order to attract mates, so Shaolin monks shave their heads as a renunciation of sex.

When Krillin settled down with Android 18, he could no longer be a Shaolin Monk as he had broken his streak of celibacy.

What about Tien? I think the same logic could apply. In Dragon Ball Z, Launch showed romantic interest in Tien, but the fact that he never grew his hair out-even to the end of Dragon Ball Super-could be symbolic that he never found love.

Piccolo would be perfect for kaioken, and could bring him into relevancy

    Posted: 24 Dec 2021 11:30 PM PST

When you think about it, Piccolo's regeneration could counteract the effects of kaioken. They could even give piccolo a training arc where he improves his regeneration to work on a cellular level, (kinda like cell's level of regeneration) thus working even better to counteract kaioken.

I don't know if this has already been discussed before, or if my thinking is dumb and way off, but this was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thing that I thought could potentially be cool.
