    Flashbacks in DBZ Manga

    Does DB manga have any flashbacks? It's seems to be the only big shounen I've read where I don't believe it has any flashbacks.

    Do you think DB manga would be better or worse if it had flashbacks?

    It doesn't have to be done to death like Naruto, but could simply be used to elaborate on a scene/concept by utilizing a prior scene that was unbeknownst to the reader, or just to inject more comedy into a scene by drawing on a prior event.

    Do you have any ideas for characters in DBZ?

    Hey guys, I remember when I used to watch DBZ I would sometimes create my own characters, such as a female from Frieza's race who is frenemies with Goten and Trunks, or a warrior like Namekian who joined to protect Earth, and to train under Piccolo, and has the same aggressive desire to become strong like Vegeta, or even an Earthling who saw the Z warriors on tv, and has been on a mission ever since to get as strong as them and learn martial arts.

    So do you guys have any original characters, story lines or ideas you have for the DBZ series?

    Why did Piccolo fail his driving test?

    I understand when he was racing Goku but his driving instructor seemed really into it, but they did crash lol but when Goku and Piccolo we're getting tested Goku drove in reverse breaking Piccolos car. I thought he wouldn't have failed since he actually knew how to drive lol I just wanted other people's opinion on this episode since it's amazing overall

    Potential Unleashed Super Saiyan

    This topic is based on the popular question if Ultimate Gohan can go Super Saiyan. It's been widely accepted by now that Ultimate Gohan could go Super Saiyan, but he doesn't need to because of all his dormant potential brought out by Elder Kai.

    If that were to be true, what would be a Potential Unleashed Super Saiyan be like?

    Based on the original Dragon Ball Manga, it was stated that Ultimate Gohan surpassed Super Saiyan 3 Goku as he clapped Super Buu during their first encounter. So, by that logic, it's safe to say Majin Buu (Fat Buu, specifically) would just get slaughtered by Ultimate Gohan.

    So, as we know, Super Saiyan 3 is a 400x multiplier for base form. And Gohan's Potential Unleashed state surpassed that by a long shot.

    I feel like there would be a scene where Elder Kai tells Gohan that he could turn Super Saiyan in his Potential Unleashed state. But the overwhelming power of Potential Unleashed Super Saiyan could cause adverse effects, not to himself, but the environment around him.

    What I'm getting at is it wouldn't make any sense for Super Saiyan to strain Gohan again. The strain on Super Saiyan isn't as bad as the Kaioken, as we know. But Super Saiyan was pretty taxing on Gohan before he mastered the form in the Cell Games Saga.

    So using the Potential Unleashed boost, along with the Super Saiyan multiplier, would not harm Gohan. But its overwhelming power will cause horrifying effects on the environment. It could be like causing every natural disaster on Earth, or any planet he would be in.

    What do you guys think about this theory?

    Which Dragon Ball Z Dub did you grow up with?

    I grew up with the "Superhero Goku" Toonami dub in the late 90s, I believe it was a re-air, or later release since it was canada, I'm not sure because it was '96-'00, but they'd showed all the episodes in order and only release "new" episodes weekly like the original release. Anyways the toonami hero goku dub is the one I grew up with. IMO the Toonami dub is best Idc if the Goku and other things isn't accurate to the manga😂 I do feel bad for those of you who had the ocean dub

    There doesn't seem to be a definitive answer online, although responses over the years have generally favored "no".

    I agree. I've always understood the Zenkai boost to be a something inherent to Saiyan biology that occurs during the healing process. The more healing that occurs, the greater the Zenkai boost. When a deceased Saiyan is revived (e.g. by Shenlong), there is no healing that occurs. That Saiyan's body is simply reanimated without any injuries that it may have previously had.

    What does everyone think?

    EDIT: Interesting that this post got downvoted, particularly when (at this moment) all replies seem to be agreeing with what I said.

    future timeline confusion 2

    Recently, I made a post asking the amount of time that passed between future trunks killing the androids, cell, and buu but now I wanted to know if anyone knows how much time passed between future trunks killing buu and first meeting/fighting goku black because I can't recall if there was an exact time given.

And when everything seemed hopeless… the humans feels a godly power inside of them… and then they all power up to a godly transformation… so what do you think….
