Super has been gone almost as long as it was here Posted: 17 Feb 2020 10:54 AM PST Super original air dates: 7/5/2015 - 3/25/2018 That's 995 days of Super. 995 days of guessing where the story's going, complaining about movie retelling arcs, pouring over /r/dbz , having friendly arguments with fans about Yamoshi or Jiren. We had Super for 2 years, 8 months, and 21 days. Since 3/25/2018 it's been 695 days. It's been one year, 10 months, and 24 days since we watched the final episode of Super. Ok technically 12/14/2018 is when DBS: Broly came out so counting that it's really only been 431 days (1 year, 2 months, and 4 days.) When are we finally getting Super back? [link] [comments]

Posted: 17 Feb 2020 07:53 PM PST What is a battle between any character in dragon Ball z, super, GT, or just dragon Ball, would you like to see? [link] [comments]
Posted: 17 Feb 2020 05:00 PM PST I wish there could be a return of the old Dragon Ball. And no, before you start, I don't want adult Goku turned into a kid a la GT. I mean start a side series that hops back in time to his childhood for some lighthearted adventures exploring the world and having less world shaking fights at more reasonable power levels with Goku and his old friends and maybe even some new additions. I'm not saying give up Super. Super is probably my second favorite series with its focus on the everyday lives of the adult characters. But Earth feels small in Super because everyone can fly around so fast. Everything is in space or with the gods. I miss that more grounded feeling you get with the old show. DBZ is probably my least favorite show because so much of the focus is solely on the training and the fighting and i used to enjoy that but there's just too much of it in the series. I'm glad Super added some variety. But it would be nice to have a Dragon Ball style show again. I don't feel like you could do it with Trunks and Goten or even Pan. They're too powerful. You'd have to go back in time to Kid Goku to have a Dragon Ball style series again. And I mean pre-King Piccolo because that's when the series started to become like Dragon Ball. I guess one thing I miss is that life was so simple for them. They only had to worry about what was directly in front of them. They didn't have to worry about bills or holding down a job or maintaining a standing in society or any of that stuff. They just had their adventure to worry about and what they were going to eat which was a simple problem for them to solve (with Bulma's unlimited money and Goku's hunting skills). Evolution is what introduced me to Dragonball. Posted: 17 Feb 2020 02:17 PM PST When i was younger, about 8ish, dragonball evolution came out on dvd. I was already sorta aware dragonball existed but never really payed attention to it. So i was curious and rented the movie from my local library. And, as bad as it is, it got me interested in the real series. I and many others don't like thar film, but im kinda grateful it gave me a taste (small as it is) of the real thing. It's still bad, but think of how many kids were lead to the original franchise. [link] [comments]
I have a question about ki attacks/moves. Posted: 17 Feb 2020 05:39 PM PST I'm attempting to make a Dragonball VR game, since the last one that was in development, was cancelled. I've got all my ideas, but then I'm wondering if you could fire a ki blast like a death beam or Kamehameha from both hands at the same time in the Dragonball universe? I'm just trying to make the game as appealing to Dragonball fans as possible. Btw I'm making the game for SteamVR, but only for HTC Vive, unfortunately. Thank you for replying if you did!
