    We all know Gogeta (Who I am a fan of), was amazing in the movie against Broly. But the more I think and see it, the more I think what if Vegito was there instead. (Please don't go into deep intel, i don't intend) I just think people are now discarding Vegito now, seeing that he's more cocky, doesn't take things seriously, blah blah. But what if they continued the Dragon Ball story and have Vegito make a comeback, not redo the nerf but at least give him the regonition they did with Gogeta. Because if the writers don't even care about Vegito anymore now that Gogeta is canon. There's no point because in my opinion, majoirty of the fanbase just left him in the dust where myself is still a fan of both fusions and favorites them equally. (Not because power or time limit, but because there characters that are interesting to watch.) For the record, I don't know how many fans are left that likes both fusions. It's just feels like Vegito is getting abandoned and it's ineviable. (Hope to god not)

    So, with that in mind.

    Can the writers actually put Vegito back on track?

    I have an idea for a technique that could give Tien Shinhan some more relevance.

    Hear me out, ok. You know how the reason Piccolo can use the Hellzone Grenade is because he has enough ki control to where he can stop his blast after firing it? Well, who has more mental control over his own ki than Tien?

    I call it the Tunnel of Light. Basically, Tien gets into the pose he uses for the Kikoho, except aimed horizontal instead of vertical. He fires it like normal, but right after it hits its target, he wills the ki to come to a crawl. What you get is the opponent being trapped in essentially a hallway of stationary energy, with said energy freezing them in place.

    Like this, but with the Cell being stuck in place just like that.

    Back to Tien, he is on the other end of the tunnel, free to lower his hands but with a strained look on his face, due to the required level of concentration this move requires. Then, faster than the eye can see, he zips down the tunnel and lands a combination of blows, finishing with a straight punch to the stomach (the opponent is still stuck in place, btw). After the last punch, he finally lets loose the grip he has on the ki around them, letting it flow just as fast and powerful as it would have normally, sending the opponent flying past the horizon!!!

    So, what do you think?

    Why did Trunks go to the past in the Android's/Cell Saga if that wouldn't change his own timeline?

    Future Trunks went to the past in order to prevent his own future to happen. At the very end, he did accomplish that. Even though, that didn't change what happened to his own timeline so it was a little pointless at the end. So what was he trying to accomplish in the first place if his future couldn't be changed?

    PD: I know that Trunk's visit was a tool for DBZ'S plot to go on, just trying to create some healthy debate in here.

    Frieza should be the next GoD of that's the direction things are going in

    Not sure if this has been discussed yet or not on here (or if it's the popular opinion) but Frieza would probably be the next best candidate for the next GoD of Universe 7. Think about Beerus pre BotG. He was a cold, cruel being. Maybe not QUITE as cruel as Frieza but he was pretty far from, say, Supreme Kai. Super has implied that the gods, including the GoD's, do get cycled through. Different generations of Supreme Kai's and Toppo was a candidate for being the next GoD so it makes sense that Beerus may get phased out eventually as well.

    I am thinking Frieza's character would probably fit the bill better for that role better than Goku or even Vegeta at this point. Frieza is already the emperor of the Universe. His thing is that he wants to be in a position of absolute power and has no problem saying "you are worthless - die". I think he would give up the Frieza army in a heartbeat for the promotion to a literal GoD of the universe and I think as long as Whis was there to balance him out he'd work out great. He's also all about weeding out weakness and optimizing his empire so I think he'd probably actually do the damn job vs Beerus who just wants to eat and sleep. Thoughts?
