About SSJ2 and Grade 3 Posted: 19 Oct 2021 09:16 PM PDT Okay, so, basically. As stated by.. Vegeta, I think? Or maybe Cell? SSJ Grade 3 is stronger than Cell, it's just not fast enough to come close to hitting him. Why? Because the power is so great that the muscles expand and can't handle it, therefore slowing the user down. But.. why doesn't this happen with SSJ2, SSJ3, etc. If the power is to great for Vegeta or Trunks, but in SSJ2 they don't bulk up at all, why so? (Dyspo, Jiren, Canva, Kale+Caulifla/Kefla, Hit, etc) Cause they are really cool and it would a shame (like Gohan in super) to have them essentially excluded from the plot after and just used as devices to make Goku and Vegeta stronger.
