    Think about it. Goku is always getting stronger but every new enemy he encounters is somehow stronger than him. When he surpasses than an enemy and becomes even stronger, he encounters a new stronger enemy. Do you know what genre of games have you become stronger with every fight and makes you end up fighting enemies who are still stronger? RPGs. The Dragon Ball universe takes place in an RPG.

    What is up with the 3rd timeline? There are several indirect but direct references to it. The multiple time rings are the start. Cell was the start. He didn't come from Future Trunk's timeline. He didn't come from the current timeline.

    Next, Zamasu didn't come from that timeline that Cell came from. Or maybe he did? That one is actually not so sure. As far as I can see, there are 6 time rings from alternate timelines. The reason I feel that Cell didn't come from Future Trunk's timeline is because he killed Trunks to get ahold of the time machine.

    So there is a timeline who keeps doing all sorts of things to the other 2 timelines.

    So even if it's taboo. Do they have to go eradicate all the the other timelines to have peace?

    What is your opinion on Goku's voice acting in the sub vs dub?

    I'm writing an essay about anime and I need some differences between Japanese vs American voice acting during localization. I always thought that in the Japanese version, Goku is portrayed more childlike, naive and innocent which is accurate as an adult with no real education, who moves through life at his own speed, doing what he loves. In comparison, the dubbed version portrays Goku more as a classic hero, although his character has softened in DBS. The big difference is the genders voicing him, but both characterize Goku in different way. I'd appreciate your opinion on these differences, what you like and dislike about his voices.

    16 and 19 are Androids, 17, 18, and 20 are cyborgs, I mean, I assume 20 is a cyborg since he retains his human brain...but he does have a robot body so maybe he's still an android? Anyway, what the hell are Cell and 21?

    Is it ever stated Ox-king and Grandpa Gohan trained at the same time?

    I've been rewatching Dragon Ball and cant seem to find it directly stated they trained together under Roshi at the same time, just that they both did and knew each other. Based on estimated ages, Gohan must have had at least a decade or two on Ox-king when the latter started.

    Only alternative I can think of is that they were the same age and Ox-king ages VERY well

    Looking for an old TCG (way before TCG from the 2000s)

    I remember seeing scans of a DBZ trading card game in those Beckett magazines. Does anybody have an idea of what those might be? Amada looks like it could be it but I remember there being an English translation of a TCG that looked different.

    Hi, a year ago my sister got me DBT3 after her son had broken mine years ago. I started playing again and came across the character customization menu and I totally forgot all about about it.

    There's attack, defense, Ki and Super.

    Can anyone explain what these are? I don't know if attack is simply melee attacks or blast attacks or if there's a difference. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    About Gotenks and other fusions

    From what we have seen from Vegito, Gogeta and especially Kefla fusions are an enormous boost in power.

    Keeping that in mind why is Gotenks so weak? He couldn't beat base Vegeta, does that mean Goten and Trunks are just that much weaker individually? How are they so weak when they have Super Sayian and Gotenks has SSJ3?
