In Dragonball Z movie from 1994, Bio-Broly, when Krillan and the gang were about to put Broly down with a big water wave, Krillian was glowing yellow when powered up as if he was a Super Saiyan. What gives?

I mean the most useful thing they've probably ever done was train with Piccolo in order to help in the fight against Kid Buu.

I don't know... am I wrong for expecting more from them?

With the exception of Pan and maybe Bulla, Goten and Trunks fit the definition of "Saiyan prodigy" the most in my opinion. Gohan already pulled off an impressive feat by turning SSJ and SSJ2 as a prepubescent kid during the Cell Arc, but Goten and Trunks one-upped him by becoming SSJ 3-4 years before he did.

Imagine how powerful those two could be if they trained as hard as Gohan did, possibly surpassing SSJ2 Gohan's power at an earlier age.

The fact that there was a time of peace following the end of the Kid Buu arc is explanation enough to explain their weak state at the beginning of DBS, but why relegate them to minor background characters? Out of the entirety of DBS, Trunks only turns SSJ to signal his position, and Goten doesn't transform at all if you don't count the Gotenks filler after the Universe 6 Tournament.

I haven't caught up following the Tournament of Power, but I know they do absolutely nothing in the Broly and Moro sagas (thus far.)

As new enemies approach to threaten the Earth and the universe, I feel like they'd be eager to at least train a little bit to help out because they know they have the potential to provide assistance. If not Goten, I could see Trunks definitely wanting to. But I guess for the rest of the franchise they will live on in the background as wasted potential, never having their personalities really explored or their power being demonstrated. If you see Gotenks on screen, it's laughable. Sure, he might get a few good licks in, but one hit from an enemy and there he goes... I wish there was more to all of this.

In your opinion is Moro a good villain?

He's got a really cool ability with his energy absorption but as a character, he's pretty underwhelming. He's just an evil wizard bad guy who wants to conquer the universe because that's what bad guys do. Might just be me but I don't really like him as a villain the way I like Frieza, Vegeta, Piccolo Jr, or Cell. Maybe he was intentionally designed to be pure evil for the sake of being pure evil, but we already got a villain like that in King Piccolo.

And as for his design, I actually really liked his goat man look, but when he eats seven three and turns into that hybrid my god it looks so goofy. He looks like a chuck e cheese doll. The latest chapter shows him being savage to the z fighters but I can't take him seriously when he looks like a joke. Lemme know y'all thoughts below.

It's because is the final enemy? All of us can agree that Buuhan is the strongest form. Personally, i even think that super buu is stronger than kid buu.
