    DBZ Seasons Shortened To Movies

    Years back (around the time Resurrection F came out) I had the idea of taking the DBZ seasons and shortening them to more easily digestible movies. Cutting out the title cards, mid-episode cards, narrator, filler scenes, and of course the credits and cutting the season (or part of the season) in to a single movie. I love the full series, but sometimes the filler makes me groan.

    Well, I got in the mood to watch the full series again and decided this was the best time to make these little movies. I'm close to wrapping up the first one which is the entire fight against Raditz plus some aftermath (7 episodes) and it's looking like it'll be around 1 hr 50 min long (the full episodes in their entirety are 2 hr 18 min long. A reduction of 28 mins).

    I'm still working out how to make some of the cuts more seamless, and am reviewing things to make sure I don't make any continuity errors, but, once this is completed, would anyone be interested in watching this? I'm mostly making it for myself so that when I get in the mood to watch a certain saga I can binge it a lot easier, but I'm not opposed to sharing the love.

    Why do so many Dragon Ball Z fans hate the Majin Buu Saga so much?

    I don't get it. Personally, the Majin Buu Saga is BY FAR my favorite Saga in not just DBZ, but in all of all Dragon Ball.

    The Majin Buu Saga offers a lot of variety for fans and has the most action scenes in the series and it also gave us the character of Videl and the best version of Gohan (The Great Saiyaman). Don't even get me started on the Majin Vegeta stuff which I loved.

    A moveset for Goku if he was ever in Smash Bros

    Took a lot of inspiration from FighterZ for the moveset. It's a really good game and has a lot of things that Smash Bros could have. Goku is in his base form for this, but he can turn Super Saiyan mid-game.

    Attacks: A combo is a jab combo ending in a big kick. If you hold down A, he will do meteor crash, similar to Captain Falcon and then kick you to stop it. Simple, but effective. Side A tilt is a elbowlike in FIghterZ, but without as much momentum. Down A tilt is the shockwave from the hands (IDK what it's called) . Up A tilt is Goku doing a backflip and kicking upwards to whoever is there. Smash Side A is him doing a low kick. His Up Smash Ais him doing a Ki blast Upwards without the ki blast coming out. Down Smash A is similar to the Up A, but he pushes out ki blasts from both his hands to his sides.

    Specials: Pressing B will make him do a Ki blast. Holding it down will keep shooting blasts, but make your ki bar go down, by your Percentage area. His up B will be him doing Instant Transmission upwards, then doing a kick to stop people from meteor smashing him. His side B will make him do a kamehameha, if you hold the button down, you will charge the kamehameha up, but it will take up a lot of ki from your meter. His down B will make him charge up his ki. When his ki is full, he will glow and if he presses Down B, he will go Super Saiyan.

    Final Smash: His Final Smash is different if he is in his base form or if he is Super Saiyan. If he is in his base form, he will go to the top corner of the screen, and charge up a spirit bomb. While it is charging, the player can choose when the spirit bomb is thrown. When it is fully charged, he will throw the spirit bomb in the direction the the player has chosen. It will stay on the screen for a few seconds, and then explode. The enemies that get hit by the spirit bomb will get stuck and hurt in the spirit bomb, and when it explodes, there will be a shockwave, hitting any nearby enemies. If he is in Super Saiyan, he will charge up a Super Kamehameha, wherever the player is when the final smash is started, similar to Samus/Dark Samus's final Smash.

    So ye, this is a moveset. ok bye

    Are you happy with the way sayan transformations are handled, or after what form would you have stopped?

    Personally as much as I like the super sayan transformation, I wish it'd have stopped at ssj 2. It was meant to be the pinacle, and I wished it had stayed that way.

    The color swap of ssjgssj and so forth never hit me as hard as ssj 2 Gohan back then (German dub).
