Vegeta has the best character development in the entire series.

Vegeta. The proud Saiyan Prince. Somebody that was under the clutches of a tyrannical ruler who was incapable of freeing himself from the grasp due to lack of power. They say you are who you surround yourself with, and Vegeta was surrounded by beings that craved for greed and destruction. That is, until he met Kakarot.

Vegeta was like that spoiled privileged kid that always got his way, but was talented enough so people wouldn't say that aloud.

When he met Goku, the low level Saiyan, he actively planted the seeds in his heart to spare people.

Of course, this took time. As we see in the Namek Saga he kills the incapacitated Ginyu Force on instinct and scolds Goku for not doing the same.

After the Ginyu Fight he spared a crippled Goku and a weak Gohan and Krillin because he "needed them." This is grand because imo Vegeta "needed" Nappa more. Nappa trained the man before he surpassed him, and honestly wasn't weak back then. So, I feel like if Vegeta was in the same state of mind whether for good or selfish reasons he would have spared Nappa

    The seed is planted.

    Goku almost died to 19.

Vegeta saves him, says he wants to kill/defeat him, and kicks him to the other Z Fighters. At this point, Piccolo claimed he MIGHT (emphasis on might) be stronger than Goku at max power. I take Piccolo's word for it because he likely saw Goku at full power during the 3 year gap since he trained with him. Even if you don't buy Goku going SSJ against Piccolo Krillin was able to sense Perfect Cell was hiding a mass amount of power before he fought Vegeta. And even if you don't believe that, off of speculation Piccolo is a proud warrior who would want to fight Goku at full power to see where he stood. So either way, Piccolo knew the extent of Goku's full power.

I say all that to say this. If Vegeta was pure evil and hated Goku he would have killed him prior to fighting 19. After all, he was shown in the past consistently to kill those that are useless to him. Not saying he was a good guy, but this opened up the door to a shift.

Fast forward to after Cell. Vegeta put his life on the line when Trunks' was killed which was a shock to everybody including the audience. At this point, he was pretty much a good guy.

Now, Goku dies and he says he won't fight again but he obviously trains. I think he was using Gohan's power as a goal to reach, and I strongly believed he surpassed that in the 7 years.

Again, if he was evil he would have killed Gohan right away for being the son of Kakarot and be done with Earth. But he stayed.

The Majin Vegeta transformation was something that came full circle for the character. He showed the hatred he had for civilization, the ruthlessness, rebellious nature (showcased to Babidee) and he was "evil" again.

Somewhere down the line when he "beat" Goku again (yes I have him winning against Goku the first time) he realized his errors and sacrificed his life for it as well as to protect the universe. Despite him being directly involved with Buu being resurrected he still tried to atone for it.

When he came back from the dead he was all in when it came to protecting everybody. This was at the end of the series. And he even admitted that Goku was better than him, although I disagree in a certain context.

This is already quite long but Vegeta continues to grow in Super. He went from a bloodthirsty Saiyan craving immortality to reach SSJ status to a loving family man with a bit of stubbornness paying homage to his old Saiyan heritage.

Vegeta is also self made. He didn't have mentors except for Whis plus Nappa by speculation, and he reached his level of power by himself. You got to respect it.

I would say Piccolo is up there too, but the 23rd Tournament was 5 years before the Saiyan Saga. In that gap, Piccolo was evil. After the Saiyan Saga, the very next saga, he wasn't evil anymore and had 0 ambition to take over the Earth due to Gohan. By the Buu Saga, he had no more character development since he was a more lax teacher from the Saiyan Saga. Goten and Trunks wouldn't have survived the old Piccolo but that's another topic.

Who is richer: Bulma or Hercule?

I know that both are insanely rich but I was wondering who is more rich. Bulma owns capsule corporation and seems like she'd be richer, but Hercule has an entire city basically dedicated to him with a giant golden statue, a mansion, and the Satan towers.

Are there any Anti-Heroes in the Dragon Ball Franchise?

Basically not your typical "good guy". They do bad actions but for the greater good and sometimes we don't know if they're on the Protagonist side or Antagonist side. They're very well written and loved by fans. Like Itachi is more popular than MC Naruto, or Eren Season 4 ect.

I can only think of Beerus, and he has been an absolute success to Dragon Ball even tho he was only introduced relatively recently
