    So, i started watching DBGT due to being the only DB stuff i haven't watch and i heard good things about it. But the first episodes are kinda lame and i was told that the whole first arc is like that, should i skip it or is it essential to the plot?

    I did not like the ending of DBZ at all

    I decided to start watching Dragonball around December. I really liked it so I went on to DragonballZ. Everything was great about the show, I loved every minute of it. But then I got to the last 2 episodes. I just wanted to know if anyone else hated the ending as much as I did and if I was alone in this feeling. I wanted to know if it was worth moving on in the other shows or if I should just stop here?

    Did Beerus know that the Grand Supreme Kai was inside Buu when they fought?

    As we know from the Moro arc, apparently the Grand Supreme Kai is still alive and conscious inside of good Buu.

    When they fought in Battle of Gods, and Berrus threatened to destroy the earth did he know that at the time? He later stated that he cannot kill a god, but was able to erase non supreme kai Zamasu. It would not look good if he tried killing a supreme kai regardless.

    Does anyone want to see a Macbeth style prequel about the Vegeta families rise to power

    I was thinking about this for a bit and I really want to see how Vegeta's got the throne and what was planet Vegeta like before it got the name. Mabye the Saiyans were less bloodthirsty until the first king Vegeta influenced the culture if we want to go the tragedy deal with the devil angle we could have him working together with a younger King Cold on his own rise to power. I feel like there's a lot of aspects of early Saiyan culture that would be really interesting to explore here

    For All the Problems in the Goku Black Arc, I Did Not Have Any Problems With This Scene[DBS Future Trunks Spoilers]

    Spoilers through the end of the future trunks/goku black arc in dragonball super

    The future trunks arc wasn't perfect. It has some of the best and worst moments of Dragonball super. But one scene that everyone seems to have a problem with is one I never had a problem with.

    Trunks using spirit energy to fuel his sword.

    I see a lot of people saying that it came out of nowhere and wasn't foreshadowed. Now i'm not gonna tell you it was handled well. Or that the foreshadowing was obvious enough, but it was there. And it was very clear what was happening.

    The arc establishes that trunks is very talented. Learning a technique that took goku almost an entire day to master in a few moments. He's as pure of heart as they come obviously. But the real big clue for the spirit bomb thing happens in his rage moments, especially the big ones.

    There's a common element in all of trunk's rage power ups. He's thinking about the people he wants to save. especially in his "super saiyan rage" fight. He starts hulking out and glowing blue. A lot of people thought this power up made no sense and was some sort of god ki.

    It wasn't god ki. it was that spirit energy.

    What do we know about the spirit bomb? You focus on the things you're taking energy from. the trees, the grass, the people etc. You focus on those things.

    We also know this can be boosted by those people projecting their will onto you. We saw you can voluntarily give your energy over.

    The combination of trunks focusing on all of the people he wanted to save, + his natural talent, he unknowingly was leeching a small amount of that energy and boosting himself. Its why he was glowing blue. That was spirit energy.

    And then when he makes his spirit sword, its augmented even more by all of the people focusing on trunks. they were inadvertently giving their energy over.

    The sword part of it is the simplest. Ki can be manipulated into shapes, we already know that.

    I am not saying its good or bad, but i don't see why this confuses so many people.

    The spirit bomb shit was foreshadowed in his rage boost when he was glowing blue. that's what that was.

    Thoughts?
