Fusion between a male and female character Posted: 23 Oct 2021 09:09 AM PDT So I was board at work and started wondering what would happen if a male character and female character did the fusion dance or used the plutara earrings, my belief is the fusion would be the same gender as the more dominant personality (gogeta is Goku dom) (vegito is vegita dom). what do you think? Posted: 23 Oct 2021 10:53 AM PDT Here's mine : King Piccolo Saga : pretty easy to choose a top 3.
He wasn't in the saga but his death is a very important twist for Dragon Ball. He's basically top 3 just for that.
Ok. Goku should have been the no.1 but it's probably the only saga in the original Dragon Ball where there's actually a debate between Goku and another character. The reason why Goku is such a great character in this saga is because he totally changed here. He just saw his best friend got murdered and it's was the first time that we saw him disobeyed at his master and was on a total rage mode.
I love Tao Pai Pai, but King Piccolo was the first big ass villain. He's charismatic, he killed Shenron, had an underrated backstory that got developed much later in the Android Saga, was the first villain to literally humiliate Goku and had a great final fight. He also gave birth to one of the greatest characters in Dragon Ball. 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai Saga : this saga was a bit more difficult to choose a top 3, but it's was still pretty easy.
The idea of having a good side and bad side of Piccolo is absolutely amazing. It's also always great to see old characters being so powerful. Kami is a precursor of this and did a great job at developing King Piccolo.
One of the better villain in Dragon Ball. Piccolo was simply amazing in this saga. Good fight vs Krillin, Great fight VS his good side, one of the greatest fight in Dragon Ball VS Goku, very charismatic and is a interesting character.
Our boy has grown! Not only physically but also mentally. He now doesn't kill his enemy with so ease. Piccolo is actually the first enemy Goku let alive. Guys like Tenshinan, Yamcha weren't really enemy. This saga was for Goku just to show how much Goku has grown. His growth was very well showed in his fight with Tenshinan. When he won, he gave reason to Tenshinhan why he loss and he was saying the most Albert Einstein shit ever. Can't find the video but he was saying something even Light wouldn't understand (joking) Sayian Saga : This saga was the most difficult saga to choose a top 3 best character for me. There's so much great character it's was a HORROR to choose a top 3. Here's a list of great characters in this saga that could have been on my top 3, but didn't made the cut. Raditz : basically came and defeated the farmer with a shotgun. Just that. No but seriously, he's very charismatic, said the biggest plot twist of all time, he's the brother of the MC and his fight vs Piccolo and Goku was awesome. Nappa : still the villain that destroy the Z-Fighters the most. He killed Tenshinan, Piccolo, Chiaozu, injured Krillin and Gohan. He had one job. And it's was beating the hell out of them and nothing else. Did he needed to do something else? No. Did he did good at beating them? Fuck yeah. Gohan : while his character arc is wayyyyy far from being over, his character in this saga is very interesting, like very interesting. The idea of him having the potential to be the best but that it's doesn't match his personality is great. Him breaking Raditz armor, his Masenko to Nappa are all great moments. Tenshinhan : he was actually my favorite character in the Z-Fighters vs Nappa fight. I don't think i need to say more. Piccolo : one of the best quick character development in shonen. His sacrifice for Gohan was a masterpiece, he killed Raditz and Goku, so he was very important. He developed Gohan as a fighter and had an underrated duo with Krillin. But here's my top 3.
It's was very difficult to choose between him and Piccolo. Like, i really hesitated between him and the green guy for the third spot, i choose in the end Goku because his fight vs Vegeta. Piccolo probably had a better character arc, but God, his entrance was amazing, Kaioken was amazing, the beam struggles was amazing, everything about him was amazing.
Vegeta is one of the most resilient villain in the series but most importantly, one of the best. The way he always was coming back felt like an impossible take for Goku, Krillin Gohan and Yajirobe.
Yes, i did it. I put Krillin as the best character of this saga. This man was the goat. He killed nearly every Saibamen, did damage to Nappa, one of the only one. He didn't hesitated to save his best friend, threw the Genkidama to Vegeta, and was actually the only one of the battle Goku VS Vegeta to stay on his feet. Plus, he was about TO KILL Vegeta if Goku didn't told him to stop. Namek Saga : like the Sayian Saga this saga was also very hard to do a top 3 but it's wasn't as hard. There was great character for sure. Piccolo, Gohan, Bardock (can we count him in?) and other. But i think we can all agree that the best character of this saga were Goku, Frieza, Vegeta and Krillin. Now the problem is that they're 4. And it's a top 3, not top 4. Goku and Frieza are untouchable, so it's between Vegeta and Krillin. Man. I think as a whole, it's was harder to say the top 3 for the Sayian Saga. But Vegeta VS Krillin in the Namek Saga is way harder to decide than anything in the Sayian Saga. Both had amazing run from the Namek arc till the Frieza arc but for very different reasons. Vegeta as the rebel. Krillin as the tactician. Both had top tier death. Im a little biased because i love Krillin, but in total objectivity, it's impossible for me to choose. I think they both are in the same place. 3. I know it's very "pull from the ass" move but i don't know any other choice. Both were good. But you guys, who do you think is a better character. Vegeta or Krillin in the Namek Saga?
Basically the greatest villain in Dragon Ball and one of the greatest villain in shonen. He was involved in so many things, his philosophy contradict Goku philosophy so well and he's ont of the most charismatic villain in anime.
Easily the best version of Goku. Namek Goku is one of my, if not my favorite MC in shonen because it's just the perfect shonen main character. He's the hope. Everything is on his shoulders. For exemple, when Goku gets drowned by Frieza, there's Vegeta talking to him and about his Saiyan pride. And at one point there's Bardock, Vegeta, King Vegeta who are all Saiyan giving their hope to Goku. It's so shonen but it's done so right. Or, after Vegeta speech, he buried him and finally accept his race and scream "im a saiyan raised from earth! I will avenge everyone you've killed" again, it's so shonen but it's done so damn right. I know i've said this before, but another reason why he's so great here is because how perfectly well his philosophy contradict with Frieza's one. Oh and also, nearly forget, the Super Sayian transformation and the "I Am" speech. The "I Am" speech is one of my favorite pure shonen moments of all time. As for the Super Sayian transformation, i think there's no need to explain why it's great lmao. Anyway, Goku in this saga was the fucking goat. He was untouchable, he was legendary, he was... The Super Sayian. Android Saga : pretty easy to choose a top 3 here.
I could have put Goku here or even Krillin but i think Vegeta is very underrated in this saga. the Android Saga was a very special Dragon Ball saga because it's was here to show how imperfect the Z-Fighters are. Vegeta shown this the most imo. His character arc in this saga is very underrated because it's just after Namek Vegeta which is arguably the best character arc he ever got and just before Buu Vegeta which is also arguably the best character arc he ever got. Android Vegeta character arc isn't as good as the other 2 but is still damn good to be in the third place.
While pretty much everybody can agree that the first SSJ transformation is still the greatest moment of the series, the SSJ2 transformation is probably the best moments in term of pure writing. Gohan potential was foreshadowed since, like, what, the second episode of DBZ? After hundreds of episodes, hundreds of trauma, hundreds of anger, sadness and pain. He finally became the strongest in the universe. Not only that, but the future version of himself, Future Gohan, is also amazing. (i count it in the saga).
While Gohan certainly was an extremely interesting character in both of his version (Future and Present), Trunks is, in my opinion, undoubtedly the GOAT of this saga. His background is still the best in the series, his first SSJ transformation is one of the best transformation in shonen, his first apparence was one of the best character introduction in anime, his storyline with Vegeta (Father/Son) was very interesting and most importantly, he came back to the future, killed C-17, C-18 and Cell. It's a very important, but yet underrated part of this saga. Buu Saga : it's was very hard to choose a top 3 characters in this saga. The reason it's was this hard to choose a top 3 characters in this saga is because the Buu Saga is also very hard to rank.
He's actually probably my favorite character in the saga because i love gag character being as important as serious character. I literally hated him in the Cell Saga. He was a dick. He stole the credits and was fake. But in reality, he's a genuine guy who, while acting coward, is very brave. His bonding with Majin Buu was one of the best thing about this saga.
What i love about Goku here is his maturity. The scene where he scream at Goten and Trunks for their immaturity gave me chills. It's where you realize how much he changed through the series. At one time in the OG Dragon Ball he probably could have been at the same spot as Trunks/Goten. The way he's negotiating with Vegeta to fuses, or when he stopped Vegeta during his fight because he felt like it's becoming too dangerous. Yes, the same Goku who threw his son in a fight vs the most powerful being in the universe without thinking that's it's was probably too dangerous to his son, stopped his fight vs his greatest rival because he felt it's was becoming too dangerous.
"I think i sort of figured out why, i, who was supposed to be so gifted, couldn't hold a candle with you. I thought it was because you have those you wanted to protect, that your strong will to defend them gave rise to some unexplainable power. And certainly, that may have been part of it, but right now, the same is true for me. I had always fought to do as i wanted, to do what i enjoyed, to kill my ennemies, not to mention for the sake of my own pride. But you, Kakarrot, you're different. You doesn't fight to just win. You fight to not be beaten, in order to keep overcoming yours limits. That is why you aren't particular about ending your opponent's life. You never decide to kill me. It's almost as though you knew that i would come to possess the littlest bit of human soul that i now have. It drives me up the wall! Whoever heard of a nice Saiyan who loves to fight?! Hang in there, Kakarrot. You are the Number One!"
If i had to do a top 3 character in global, in no specific order, i think it's would be Goku, Vegeta and Krillin. And you guys, what would be your top 3 for these sagas? [link] [comments] | ||

Dragon Ball plot ending [ My wishlist ] Posted: 23 Oct 2021 04:48 PM PDT So here it goes -------- . An evil and the most devasting tribe (yes a group) of enemies are up against our heroes. Goku , vegeta and broly all come together to fight them . At the end Broly breaks all his limits and becomes berserk . He then kills the enemies and even himself creating an impact so large it breaks spacetime continuum and revives Yamoshi into this universe . Goku and Vegeta learns from yamoshi about something very mysterious. Goku and Vegeta must fight each other to stop that . . . . I've been daydreaming about that whole day and it feels nice to me . There's actually a lotta loopholes in my fiction plot but this can be a banger with some modifications. [link] [comments] |
