    Is SSJ Broly to FPSSJ Broly what Omen is to Ultra Instinct?

    In the sense that both are just lesser versions of the same form that accrue physical changes when at full power. In Broly's case, his hair turns green to match his aura, and he also grows significantly taller and bulkier. In Goku's case, his hair turns silver to match his eyes and aura.

    The major difference being that the power gap between Omen and UI is much greater than SSJ and FPSSJ Broly.

    Why didn't the Ox-King ever help in the original Dragon Ball? According to the movie 6 pamphlet he would've easily beaten every villain up until Raditz.

    Did leaning on The Worf Effect so much damage the viability of Dragonball’s supporting cast?

    To elaborate, one of the more notable plot progressions of an average arc in pre-Super Dragonball goes as such: the supporting cast goes up against a Big Bad or minion, get their shit rocked, usually mentioning "WE'VE NEVER FACED A FOE THIS STRONG" as they slump and groan, only for one of the leads for the episodes step in to kick said villains ass until they too get said shit rocked. It was cool for the Saiyan and Freeza arcs as the concept was unique, and the Cell Saga had a variety of power creep and a game of martial finesse. But Buu and GT REALLY leaned into this too hard, making everyone but Goku look weak and stupid like Worf from Star Trek. Do you think this reliance on the cast jobbing to the Villain of the Arc to make Goku or whoever the episode was about hurt the ensemble nature of the show that it was built on in Dragonball and early Z?

    Since Frieza rarely left his first form before Namek, anyone with a power level higher than 530,000 could rule the universe.

    I think that the reason that the Frieza force has such a stranglehold on the universe is that Frieza was just outrageously stronger than everyone else, even in his first form. With relative ease he could shut down any rebellion with a single finger. Think of how many people in Dragon Ball probably have a higher power level than 530,000. Numerous Z fighters, almost every one of Dr. Gero's creations, those that Babadi powered up. Imagine this guy taking over the universe. He probably could since his power level is around 40,000,000, a little weaker than Frieza's final form.
