| The Dragon Ball saga is one of the most entertaining stories/shows ever made. There's simply no other show that is focused purely on entertainment that I have come across, and they make sure that every episode is entertaining, even during some of the very few fillers. | Posted: 25 Feb 2021 01:43 AM PST So I had thought about one of the worst transformations in the series, it's just a theory or a way in which I try to explain it to myself. Even though the series and media sell Super Sayian Rage as the transformation Trunks achieves vs Black and Zamasu, I believe it's not exclusive to him and not the first encounter we have with it either. I think we first see it in the series when Vegeta attacks Beerus to protect Bulma. If you compare the two scenes, you can see that in both cases the transformation is far beyond super sayian 2 or 3, is triggered by uncontrollable anger and its users lose their pupils during the initial outburst. Of course, this is a personal interpretation and Vegeta's rage power up has (as far as I know) never officially been called a transformation. Also this doesn't make it less of an asspull form and doesn't make me like it, but I ldo ike the idea that Vegeta and Trunks ascended beyond super sayian 2 in a different way to Goku. Posted: 25 Feb 2021 12:21 AM PST My pick is Dragon Ball Z mainly because it isn't as nerfed compared to Super nor was it heavily complained for it's plot choices for the arcs and stuff. To me, I have more love to the Original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z respectively. Dragon Ball Super is a huge so-so for me, I like that they establish things here and there because of the worldbuilding Toriyama provided. I just don't get invested into Super more than I did with Z, it feels like finishing Super once was more than enough. [link] [comments] | ||

| Should I get dbfz or dbz kakarot? Posted: 24 Feb 2021 11:23 PM PST Both are on sale( apparently it is the last day lol) and I have an itch to try some new dbz game. I haven't played one since the first Xenoverse( which I loved). Anyways, which one should I get? Dbz kakarot looks like a fully realised dbz world but I don't find the combat too appealing. At the same time although I am not a big fighting game fan, dbfz looks very cool but I am worried that community is dead. What do you guys think? [link] [comments] | ||

I've watched all the eps of DBZ up until the end of Frieza saga and where Garlic Jr. randomly appears and doesn't make sense. People are telling me I need to watch the Dead Zone movie first, and others are telling me to skip through it as it's just filler. Now I'm thinking do I just switch from DBZ to DBZ Kai or what. *Also I haven't watched any movies or specials either. Legit just watched all of DragonBall and then moved on to DBZ until ep 108.
