    About 1/3 Into My First GT (dub) Viewing & It's Dragging; Is it Worth Switching Over to the Sub?

    So long story short, I watched DBZ when new episodes started airing in the U.S. and loved it. My only experience with Dragon Ball at the time was re-runs on Toonami that I found boring by comparison, so I never watched it regularly. The same goes for GT. With that being said, I just watched through the entirety of Dragon Ball some 20+ years later and I thought it was absolutely delightful; the character development is great, the music is fantastic, and the humor was very enjoyable. So afterwards it was only natural for me to dive into GT and hopefully find the same level of enjoyment from a show I long since disregarded. Unfortunately, I'm really not liking GT through 25 episodes (~ start of baby arc which has been more interesting) and I feel as though some of that may just be due to the fact that I'm watching the U.S. dub. Curious if those who enjoy GT for reasons other than nostalgia would recommend switching over to the Japanese sub for a more enjoyable experience?

    My main qualms thus far are the awful music, Pan's character as a whole, Trunks' character but to a lesser degree than Pan, and various plots that start interesting, but fizzle out of potential. I know some of these things likely won't change between dub and sub, but I'm just wanting to know if I'm selling myself short on it by only watching one version over the other? I actually prefer to watch subs in most situations, but I had a difficult time finding just finding any version of GT, so I settled for the dub. Even if the only difference is something relatively minor, such as a good soundtrack, I'd be on-board. The opening theme to Dragon Ball has been stuck in my head for a week now and I need a catchy new tune to hum...the opening rap theme isn't cutting it for me lol. Thanks, all; appreciate the feedback.
